Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you submit a listing request or review, we collect the information you provide. Reviews include your rating, optional comment, and private email address. Our hosting service may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information for security and operation.

How We Use Information

We use submissions to maintain the directory, publish reviews, respond to questions, and prevent abuse. Your review email is private and is used only to follow up if needed. Public business contact details and review text are displayed on the website. Do not include private personal information in public text.

Cookies And Tracking

We use necessary security cookies and, when you choose a language, a cookie that remembers your preference. Administrator sessions use a session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics in this initial version.

Service Providers And Sharing

Our hosting, database, and email providers process information as needed to run this service. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and the rights of others.

Keeping And Protecting Information

We keep directory information and reviews while they remain useful to the service, and private contact details only as long as needed for follow-up, security, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to complain to a local privacy authority. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting.

Children And External Links

This service is not directed at children under 16. Please do not submit children’s personal information. External websites have their own privacy practices, which you should review before sharing information with them.

Changes And Contact

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].
